Concept
XO CLUB is an attempt to merge suburban living with urban comfort. Ten hectares of forest, architecture by Drozdov&Partners, three house types with different spatial philosophies. Not a typical cottage community, but a neighborhood for those who want to live among nature without losing their connection to the city.
