Company founded
Reality enters the Kyiv real estate market with a vision to create homes people genuinely want to live in.
Kalnyshevkoho 7 Residence
First large-scale project delivered -- a 7-section business-class complex in Obolon with over 1,000 apartments.
Ostrovskoho 40 Residence
Two business-class buildings completed in the Solomianskyi district -- 318 apartments with a gated territory.
Gogolivska 47 Club House
Premium club house delivered in the heart of Kyiv -- 14 floors, a limited number of apartments.
XO CLUB Cottage Community
A new format begins -- a 10-hectare cottage community in Khodosivka designed by Drozdov&Partners.
